Thanks for your interest in the
Cascade Canoe Club

A bit about us:

The Cascade Canoe Club was formed in 1993 by a group of local paddlers to overcome the difficulty of finding others to paddle with. Inclusive by design, the club represents a wide spectrum of paddlers - novice to expert, flat water to white water, canoeists, kayakers and rafters (rafts make great barge boats!).

The club organizes flat water and white water trips, typically within a two hour drive of Eugene. Longer trips are also undertaken: past overnighters include John Day river, Siltcoos Lake, Hosmer Lake, Upper Klamath Lake, and the Klamath and North Umpqua Rivers. Trips are set up as shared excursions without a leader or responsible party, however each trip generally has a trip coordinator who shares logistical information and serves as a contact.

The Club holds three to four meetings a year. These meetings often feature a presentation and /or potluck and sometimes a short evening boat trip.
